I needed to find a place that had good discounts on toner cartridges. I was paying too much for toner every month for the five laser printers we use here at my small office. I looked at the itemized bill for the office supply place and paper and toner was at the top of the list. We had to print out a dual receipt most of the time because of the workflow of our accounting office. We were not 100 percent computerized for accounting yet even though we did all sales and inventory on computer. The customer would get one copy and our in house accountant would receive the other copy. Each sale would be looked over and compared to credit card receipts, checks and cash sales. With the amount of customers we have every day (and that is a good thing) we were spending too much on toner and paper. I could find paper on sale at various places and at various times. Getting the toner for the laser printers was what was costing us too much. I was certainly glad to have discovered this place that has good discounts on the toner we use.
